Terms of Service & Policy information
Jouselyn Patino utilizes Acuity Appointments for booking services. She will notify you if she is unavailable on a specific date. Acuity Appointments will show the dates and times she is available.
By booking an appointment with Ms. Patino, the client agrees to the terms, conditions, liabilities, and policies outlined below.
Special Event Promotion Pricing:
Promotional pricing listed on the website applies exclusively to Homecoming, Prom, Winter Formal, Quinceañera, and Bridal makeup services. Prices for these events are guaranteed once a non-refundable deposit is paid. If the deposit is not received, pricing remains subject to change at any time. Prices may also change without prior notice for all other promotions and services.
Group Booking Discount September 1st to December 31st 2025:
When booking makeup services for two or more people on the same date and at the same location, each individual will receive a $15 discount on their service. To secure the booking, a non-refundable deposit of $25 per person is required.
Please ensure that each person provides the same appointment date and location when submitting their booking details. If multiple people are booking separately for the same event, kindly leave a note in the comments section to indicate this. If Ms. Patino notices multiple bookings that appear to be for the same event, she may reach out to confirm the details.
Appointment times must be booked individually, based on availability listed on the website. You are welcome to call ahead to inform Ms. Patino about your group event. If you call, email(mua.patino@gmail.com), or message her through Instagram(mua.patino) regarding the group event, a discount code will be provided for your group to use at checkout.
The appointment will only be confirmed once each client has submitted their individual non-refundable deposit.
Please note, the discount code must be applied before checkout and cannot be added after checkout is completed. If you do not notify Ms. Patino about the group booking until after checkout, she will need to manually adjust the remaining balance.
Important:
Special event makeup services are already offered at a discounted rate. The additional $15 group discount is only applied when all group booking requirements are met and verified.
If false or incomplete information is provided to claim the group discount, the discount will be removed and the booking will revert to the standard special event rate. Any remaining balance will be charged accordingly.

Travel Fee:
The total booking price includes a non-refundable flat travel fee of $15. Please note that pricing is not guaranteed and may change at any time until the non-refundable deposit is received. Bookings are not confirmed or secured until the deposit has been paid in full.
Cancellation Policy:
A $50 fee will apply if a booking is canceled within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment. This does not include the deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via phone, Instagram (@Mua.Patino), or email (mua.patino@gmail.com). You can also cancel or reschedule using the automatic email sent to you with your booking information.
Deposit (Non-Refundable):
A $25 deposit per client is required to secure your booking date and time. This amount will be applied toward the final service total.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash App, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due on the day of the appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Add-On Services Under $25:
For any add-on service priced below $25, full payment is required before booking, as these services do not qualify for the standard non-refundable $25 deposit.
If your total cart includes only add-on services under $25, the full amount must be paid at checkout to confirm your appointment.
Late Fee:
A $25 fee will be added if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
No-Show Fee:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, a $50 no-show fee will be charged, and your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please contact Ms. Patino on Instagram at Mua.Patino, via email at mua.patino@gmail.com, or by phone if you are running late.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received. By booking through this website and submitting the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this contract. Your price is then guaranteed and protected under the agreement between you (the client) and Jouselyn Patino.
Service Location:
If the client requests travel, they must provide a setup space and access to working electrical outlets for Jouselyn Patino to use during the makeup service. Ms. Patino will be bringing her makeup equipment, set up chair & table.
LIABILITIES
Sanitation & Allergies:
All makeup tools and products are sanitized before each use. However, Jouselyn Patino is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise during or after the service, especially in cases of unknown or pre-existing allergies. Clients should disclose any skin conditions or allergies before their appointment. By booking, clients release Jouselyn Patino from any liability related to skin complications or reactions.
General Liability:
Clients agree to hold Jouselyn Patino harmless from any claims related to accident, injury, illness, or property loss, whether on or off the premises. This includes damages from services, equipment, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters. Clients acknowledge they are receiving services at their own risk. By booking through this website and submitting the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
USE OF IMAGES
Jouselyn Patino may take photos, videos, or audio recordings of the client’s makeup before and/or after services for promotional purposes on social media or websites. By booking, clients consent to the use of their image and waive any claims related to its use.
INJURY / ILLNESS
If Jouselyn Patino is unable to provide services due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund.
POLICIES
Clients are expected to remain respectful before, during, and after their appointment. Harassment, bullying, or disrespect toward Ms. Patino will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.
Currently, Jouselyn Patino is offering mobile services only, meaning she will travel and set up at the location specified by the client.
If the client is unsatisfied with the makeup look, Ms. Patino will remove the makeup and provide a full refund.
No extra guests are allowed unless previously discussed. A parent must be present if the client is under 18 years old.
For health and safety reasons, the appointment will be canceled if the client has open sores, contagious skin conditions, or contagious eye conditions.
If the client requests touch-ups or asks Ms. Patino to stay longer after the session, additional charges will apply.
